And just now I realized that I want to draw in a similar style, adding something unique to it.If you were to ask me what my favorite character is, it would definitely be Obito / Tobi!
I just feel a certain connection with him in that we are similar in some ways :D
Terms of Service
By commissioning and buying my adopts, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me.
If there are any questions or concerns, email me at [email protected]I. GENERAL TERMS.Once you adopt (buy) the character design, it becomes your character. You can use it for roleplaying, cosplaying, getting commissioned art, etc.
After I receive your payment, you will receive ownership and an unwatermarked, high resolution artwork of the character design along with a watermarked version to post online.
Make any changes to the design you see fit, including changing things like colors, gender, clothing, body shape, or adding things like scars / tattoos / piercings.
DO NOT RESELL this character for more than the price for which you bought it.
Gift or trade are accepted, but whoever gets this character next MUST follow ALL the rules written here (ToS).
Please update me as to who the next owner is going to be.
You may not duplicate or edit the art/design with intent to sell the results as your own or as part of your own product.
The design and art must be credited to me when used.
I retain the rights to use the artwork in social media and portfolios (stated as a sold adoptable). if you would like your commission to be private, please inform me!
You may not claim to be the creator of the original artwork or design.
Public re-posts are required to have some form of watermark to avoid theft.II. COMMISSION TERMSThe timeframe for my commissions can take up to 3 months depending on many life factors such as: health, order plus complexity of the commission, work, family issues, and e.t.c. If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap as I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!
However, after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as: small coloring/marking mistakes.
Any big changes to the design will come with an extra charge.
Such as: an outfit change, outfit addition/subtraction, background change, or a complete redo.
When commissioning me, please be very clear with what you want and provide as many references that will help benefit me with your drawing. If there isn’t many references provided then a fee will be charged for any minor changes.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.III. PAYMENTAll payment should be in USD. Whether via PayPal or Ko-Fi.
Refunds are not accepted on both adopts or commission based purchases.
I do require the full payment before starting a commission/selling a character. Once the invoice is paid, I will start your commission/transfer the character to you.IV. PAYMENT PLANSI accept any payment plans and holds. If a payment plan or hold is needed please inform me of what dates of your payments / holds right away.V. COMMERCIAL USE / PERSONAL USESale of designs are strictly for PERSONAL usage unless you explicitly pay a COMMERCIAL FEE/PERCENTAGE.
Without rights purchased, you are not allowed to use my art of said designs for profit in any way shape or form.
Here are a few examples as to how my design cannot be used commercially: Using it as a mascot/face of a commercial project or logo, printing and/or regular merchandise, and/or used as art in any form of literature/ resource pack with intention to sell.
If you have a large business or work with a company, please be aware that there will be a percentage fee applied instead of a fixed fee when it comes to selling any type of merchandise that is based off of my designs. A 15% fee will be applied to any sale of merchandise and use of my own art in said merchandise.
If you’re a small business and/or artist, it will be a flat out fee of an additional 30% to the base price of the adopt that was sold to you though will still be up for interpretation depending on what the character is used for.
(So if you’re using the character in a manga that is receiving monetary value or plan on making one for monetary value with said design or my personal art of said design for example, their will be a possibility of a percentage fee for it.) Everything is up for discussion so that both the buyer and myself are comfortable with the agreed terms.
I must be both visibly and noticeably credited as the original designer any place that products with the design are available for purchase.
PERSONAL rights encompasses all products made for personal use, which include but not limited to: physical items such as charms and pins for personal collection, comics free to access and are not licensed/published, including livestream assets for streams that are NOT monetized in any way.
I will personally add into the adopts profile if commercial use is included into the auto-bid amounts. If it’s not stated at all, please discuss with me if you wish to obtain rights or use it strictly for personal use.VI. CANCELING / REFUNDING POLICYIf money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.You will forbidden to ever commission me or buy my adopts, characters ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission or buying my character.
